Note Names Are Easy!! I Promise...

This is a post for 4th grader mostly, but parents too!  Music is its own language, and sometimes it can be really hard for students to understand.  I know that as parents, you want to help your kids as much as possible as well.  That's where this comes in.  This video talks about how to name the notes on the staff.  It gives a few different strategies for them to figure out where a note is on the staff.  Use this to reinforce what we've done in music or as a parent, to learn about the music that your child is learning!

Then you can go along to the music games page on the top tool bar.  If you scroll down to note names there are a few games that you and the kids can play to reinforce what we've been doing in class!
