We're so glad to see you!! This blog will post many different things this year including pictures of things we are doing in the classroom, kid projects for your listening and laughing pleasure, and a bunch of different updates through the year. 1st Grade Instrument Experimentation!!

I heard several parents tell me that their first grader came home excited about playing instruments in music class this week!! We let them try a few ones out while we echoed different rhythm patterns and chanted the famous song "One Two Buckle My Shoe". It was super fun and they got to learn how to rotate through lines and instruments to get to play each one! We were super direction followers on this day.

This line was sitting at the Bass Bar... which is bigger than them!

Clearly, first grade is having a blast at the start of music this year!
