Wearing Pie...

Some of you may know that I will do just about anything for the kids... which turned on me this week on Tuesday.  :)  With our school meeting and exceeding our goal for the Market Day pie contest, I got to help Mrs. Richmond's first grade class celebrate selling the most pies in a classroom by taking a pie in the face.  Has anyone ever had cool whip up their nose??  Not pretty, but I'll do anything to see the joy on their faces, encourage them to help our school, and more importantly... to have every student in the school repeatedly ask me "So, Miss Rains... do you like pie?" on a regular basis now.  So, here we are, me and Mr. Gerard takin' it for The Wheatlands team!!

Yeah... I still can't open my eyes for fear of whip cream blindness!!!  But the smile is still there!!
